A job opening may not appear in the catalog immediately because it is undergoing moderation. Moderation is a review of content before it is published. It ensures that spam, fraudulent offers, blank listings, duplicates, offensive text, or conditions that violate platform rules do not appear on the service.
Reviewing content protects both the professionals and the company itself. Professionals receive a cleaner catalog, and the company earns more trust in its published vacancies. If the catalog were cluttered with many random or suspicious listings, users would react less favorably to all job openings, even the good ones.
If a job opening is rejected, it does not always mean there is a serious problem. Sometimes you simply need to add details, remove inappropriate wording, or clarify the terms. After making corrections, the job opening can be resubmitted for review.
